Literacy Leaders Network (LLN) 2025-26
The Char-Em Literacy Leaders Network brings together instructional leaders across the region to strengthen literacy practices and build systemwide coherence. Through shared learning, collaborative problem-solving, and support aligned to research-based frameworks, the network empowers leaders to guide meaningful change in their districts. Together, we are building the capacity and confidence of principals and teams to lead literacy with clarity, purpose, and impact. These trainings are for both Cohorts A & B as indicated.

Increased leader confidence in guiding literacy instruction and aligning it to research-based practices.
Greater coherence across districts through shared frameworks, language, and goals.
Stronger principal leadership in implementing Tier 1 literacy systems and supporting classroom instruction.
Improved collaboration among district and building leaders through cross-district learning and problem-solving.
Actionable strategies that translate directly into building-level implementation and student impact.
