Trauma-Presumed Behavior Supports
This session outlines trauma-presumed behavior systems to create safe and engaging school environments. Participants will review behavior science and strategies from a trauma responsive and restorative justice lens and have opportunities to plan for implementation in their schools. Other tools and strategies for implementing a full Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) to address social, behavioral, and mental health student needs will also be covered (PBIS+).

Outline critical elements of a PBIS+ system.
Identify critical implementation variables to improve intervention effectiveness.
