Teachers as Facilitators
Grow your leadership and collaboration skills! The purpose of this workshop is to support you as a facilitator working with your colleagues. The goal is to increase the quality of collaboration and productivity serving both student growth and teacher effectiveness.

This is a two-day training. Participants must attend both days.

Enhanced understanding of the importance of meeting facilitation.
Increased efficacy as a facilitator working with colleagues.
Enhanced awareness and competence when generating the benefits of diversity and conflict.
Awareness and integration of Five Facilitator Mindsets that increase facilitator and team member resourcefulness.
