New Teacher Academy 2024-25

Throughout this course, educators will have opportunities to deepen their understanding of pedagogy and identify relevant applications within their own classroom while building a collaborative network of local educators.

This is a 3-day training.

Learner Outcomes

Increase awareness regarding Char-Em ISD resources and support for teachers.

Establish a learning community of new local teachers across the ISD.

Increase teacher efficacy through the topics of Classroom Environment and Culture, Student Engagement and feedback, and Collaboration and Communication.
