English Language Arts (ELA) Collaborative – NEW DATE

English Language Arts (ELA) Collaborative 2024-25

The April 2025 date was cancelled due to the ice storm. The new spring date is May 7, 2025.

If you are looking to focus on the heart of WHY you became an educator, this is the learning network for you! Join fellow ELA teachers as we travel down a path that seeks to build collective efficacy and empowers us to meet the challenges we face in our classrooms. Research tells us that while learning tools and protocols can be helpful in our practice, we also need guidance and support from colleagues that will inspire and renew us.

This is a three-session series. Participants are asked to register separately for each session they choose to attend.

Learner Outcomes

Identify student learning needs and engage in collaborative inquiry to creatively address these needs.

Learn, practice, and implement the best instructional practices that will improve our teaching of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Build a collaborative network that encourages risk-taking and professional growth.
