PBIS Plus Tier 1 – School Leadership Team Series 2022-23

The Tier 1 School Leadership Team Series will consist of the following remaining sessions.

Components Part 2 - March 13, 2023
This session will include a review of the activities from Part 1 and continue implementation planning by developing their behavior matrix and teaching plans for teaching expectations. Teams will also have the opportunity to explore ways to monitor expected behaviors and use discipline data to make intervention decisions.

Components Part 3 - April 5, 2023
This session will include a review of the activities from Parts 1 & 2 and continue implementation planning by developing their acknowledgement and response systems. Teams will also begin planning for their fall kick off and provide any contextualization needed for the Classroom PBIS session.

Swift @ SWIS - New date to be determined
This session is for any staff who will be utilizing the SWIS platform including data entry and running reports. Participants will be learning the data system platform as well as the data entry process, reporting and analysis, and drill down options, as well as explore ways to effectively work as a team.
