This in-depth training is highly participatory and explores both mindfulness and movement. Together we will learn to manage stress and pain, sustain joy, develop deeper connections, improve focus, attention, and sleep.

This course will be conducted virtually through Zoom. The experiential nature of this class requires audio and video access. The Zoom link will be emailed prior to the start date.

PLEASE NOTE: Class size is limited to 30 participants.
