Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course
Dates (all sessions online):
Orientation - Oct. 13, 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Classes: Wednesdays 6 to 8:30 p.m. on 10/20, 10,27, 11/3/, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, and 12/15. All-day retreat on Saturday, Dec. 4, 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Amy Janssens, M.Ed. has trained in MBSR through Brown University. She is a certified Mindful Schools Mindfulness Instructor, and licensed teacher in the State of Michigan and holds a masters in Curriculum and Instruction through Michigan State University.
