Kindergarten Readiness Assessment Training
The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) is a developmentally appropriate assessment tool designed to measure school readiness of incoming kindergartners across four domains: language and literacy, mathematics, social foundations, and motor development. It is a research-based assessment that will be administered in the Fall of the 2019-20 school year and is required by the State of Michigan.
Kindergarten teachers will be required to assess all kindergarten students using the KRA tool and this training will prepare them for this requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to attend a training outside of your home ISD, please make arrangements to pick up a kit from your HOME ISD prior to attending the scheduled training.
