Improving student behavior is not rocket science. It is behavior science! This series will provide participants with a deep knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a research-based practice that produces practical and socially significant changes in student behavior. Participants will learn to implement customized interventions to support student skill development and behavior regulation in the school environment. The class will have both face-to-face instruction and online learning.

Participants will:

  • Learn and use ABA principles to address concerns with a focus student.
  • Increase skills to collect, record, graph, and report behavior responses.
  • Implement teaching procedures for student skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
