The Regional Implementation Team will work to build internal ISD capacity and to support the ability to lead our partner districts in systems development and refinement. Our priority is to start with our internal systems development and usability by considering effective innovations, and improving current systems and processes. Examples of systems include internal and external communication, hiring and retaining employees, and starting and/or supporting new organization-wide effective innovations. Next, we will work alongside our local districts in the development of their own internal systems. The results of this work will be seen in improved student academic, social and emotional, and behavioral outcomes.
