DESCRIPTION:IUSP, FBA & BIP, Oh my….\nThis training outlines the Char-Em Individualized Behavior Support Process which includes the development of Individualized Universal Support Plans (IUSP) and the use of the Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) process (DASH) and behavior plan development. Participants will review the foundations of behavior science to inform these processes and deeply consider the components of quality Functional Behavioral Assessments to develop quality behavior intervention plans. The sessions will also include processes for monitoring outcomes and ensuring implementation fidelity. Emphasis is placed on creating practical, function-based plans that include prevention, teaching, reinforcement, and response strategies.\nThis is a two-day training.
