DESCRIPTION:New Teacher Academy 2026-27\nThis year-long cohort aims to empower 1st through 3rd year educators by fostering collaboration, analyzing teaching techniques, sharing common struggles, co-developing potential solutions, promoting well-being, and providing personalized support. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve their teaching skill set, build confidence, and establish a strong system of support through synchronous meet-ups, optional zoom topics, and 1:1 mini coaching sessions as requested.\nThis is a 4 part series.
