DESCRIPTION:CPI Refresher: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training 2024-25\nNonviolent Crisis Intervention Training gives staff the skills to recognize and respond to crises that may involve more challenging behaviors. This training is for participants who have previously completed Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training (NVCI) within the last two years.  This is a recertification training opportunity for staff members who have current CPI certification. As a reminder, certifications are valid for two years.
