DESCRIPTION:Transition Collaborative\nREGISTER HERE\nThese sessions cover relevant special education topics related to transition including B-13 compliance, transition curriculum & assessment, course of study planning, Discovery & Customized Employment, agency support & collaboration, and Seamless Transition planning.  Participants have opportunities to learn new content, explore available resources and tools as well connect with other special education transition staff in our region to network and plan.\n \nThis is a four-session series. Participants are asked to register separately for each session they choose to attend.\n \nLearner Outcomes\nIdentify compliance components of B-13.\nOutline steps for determining a student’s course of study.\nIdentify 3 available transition assessments and when to use each.\nNavigate available transition curricula and identify ways to best utilize each.\nList available agencies and identify the support each provides.\nWhole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) Tenets\nHealthy, Engaged, and Supported\nDates/Time\nAll sessions will be held from 12:30-3:30 p.m.\nSeptember 26\nDecember 12\nJanuary 25\nMarch 6\nLocation: Char-Em ISD Charlevoix.
