DESCRIPTION:PBIS+ Coaches’ Network\nREGISTER HERE\nThese sessions begin with a Coaches’ Kick Off for ISD and SLT coaches and ISD Facilitators (trainers) to get their PBIS+ year started successfully.​ Participants will review the PBIS+ Coaches’ Checklist and establish a plan for effective and efficient implementation. Sessions throughout the year will include opportunities to deepen PBIS+ knowledge and skills including efficient and effective data review processes. ​Topics covered will include trauma-presumed practices, restorative justice, and Tier 2 SEB (social, emotional, behavioral) interventions as well as ways to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion in the work.​ Finally, the sessions will provide opportunities to share experiences with other coaches to enhance implementation and avoid common barriers to PBIS+ implementation.\nLearner Outcomes\nDeepen knowledge in PBIS+ practices to support implementation fidelity of systems and interventions.\nOutline ways to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion are core components of the PBIS+ implementation.\nOutline monthly activities using the coach’s monthly checklists and ISD Coaching Service Delivery Plans.\nIdentify tools & strategies for efficiently facilitating and conducting data reviews via Data Dialog.\nOutline strategies to enhance implementation and address common barriers.\nWhole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSDD) Tenets\nSafe, Engaged, and Supported\n\nDates/Time\nAll sessions will be held from 8:30-11:30 a.m. except the PBIS Retreat.\nPBIS Retreat will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.\nSeptember 19 – Coaches Kick Off\nNovember 14\nJanuary 31\nMarch 14\nMay 30 – PBIS+ Retreat\n\nLocation\nChar-Em ISD Charlevoix.
