What is
this service?
The
Be-Four Centers, a program of the Early Education
Consortium, are classroom programs for four year
old children. In the classroom, teachers help
children develop emotionally, intellectually,
physically, and socially through play based experiences
in large and small groups. Five regional Be-Four
Centers serve the districts of Boyne City, Boyne
Falls, East Jordan, Littlefield, Pellston, Petoskey,
Central Lake and Ellsworth. Parent involvement
is a very important part of the program and includes
volunteer opportunities, parent meetings and an
open house.
